Like to quilt? Able to tie knots? Come join the Sarah Circle women on the third Thursdays of each month to quilt and enjoy fellowship. We have fabric and filler, thread, pins, and a couple of sewing machines. You can bring your own machine, too! And, if you can tie a knot, you can help us with the finishing pinning and tying. The chatter and refreshments are always great, too!! Join the fun, invite your friends to come with you - the quilting mornings just fly by!!! If you have any questions about Sarah Circle, pleased talk with our coordinators, Linnea Hallee and Trudy Rye. If you have fabric, fillers, and thread that you'd like to donate, we'd be happy to receive your gift! Our quilts are donated to Lutheran World Relief, so they find their way all across the globe. They provide warmth, shelter and are sometimes used as a carry-all, too! We occasionally make Prayer Quilts , too -- for those celebrating or facing challenges: baby quilts, new home, moving, illness. Sarah Circle sews the quilts, the congregation is then invited to tie and pray over the quilts, and at worship they are blessed before they are given away. Love is in every quilt!! Come sew with us on the third Thursdays of the month!! We'd love to see you and have your help!!
