Adventures In Literacy
Adventures In Literacy is a program designed for children 3.5 - 5 years of age. Each Friday morning, children explore a popular piece of children’s literature through process and product art, music and movement, puppetry, dramatic play, outside related activities, or cooking. Class size is limited to 8-10 students to allow for creativity and exploration. This program is held from 9:00am – 11:30am on Fridays, for 10 weeks. The fee for the 10-week session is $100 regardless of absences or school cancellations. In the event of numerous inclement weather cancellations, make up classes will be offered on a very limited basis. Three terms during the 9-month school year will be offered and choice of literature will not be repeated from term to term. Registration for this program will be held in September for Term I, November for Term II and February for Term III. Make every Friday an Adventure! |
